RETURN POLICY

At Adore Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, we offer a 3-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Please read the following policy to ensure a smooth return process.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Return Window: You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
  2. Condition of the Item: The item must be in new, unworn, and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and certificates (if applicable) included.
  3. Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, to initiate a return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at jewelsadore@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item to request a return. Please include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: After receiving your return request, we will send you a Return Authorization with instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Shipping the Item: Once authorized, securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back to us at the address provided in the Return Authorization. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or Personalized Items: Any jewelry that has been customized or engraved is non-returnable.
  • Sale or Clearance Items: Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Worn or Used Items: We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or use.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If everything is in order:

  • Refund: A refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange the item for a different size or design, please let us know in your return request. You may need to pay for any price differences and additional shipping costs for the new item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at jewelsadore@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.

  • Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection. Items that are not in their original, unworn condition may not be eligible for a refund.
