Standard Shipping:

Expedited Shipping:
Delivery time: 2-3 business days
Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after we receive your order.
If you place an order on weekends or holidays, it will be processed the following business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Locations

Packaging
At Adore Jewels, we understand that your jewelry is special. That's why we ensure each item is packaged with care in premium, protective packaging to prevent any damage during transit. If your order is a gift, we can also include a personalized note (just let us know at checkout).
Shipping Restrictions
P.O. Box Addresses: We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please ensure you provide a physical address.
Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to their order. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid upon delivery.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is missing or has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please contact us immediately at jewelsadore@gmail.com . Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
